We are told all the time that the US does not have enough money to give us more. Cost of living is through the roof and those who deserve to retire can’t even do so.
There are children who can’t even eat school lunch. I have to wake up at the crack of dawn and work my behind off for those who don’t even care about the well being of employees. We were literally on the verge of a government shutdown because of “no money”
Are you kidding me?
Yet, the leaders of our country do this. $105 billion dollars for war! Literally pulling it out of thin are but “we have no money” right? We’re sending money to genocidal maniacs honestly who are killing people; killing children! We don’t even have a say over it.
The leaders of our country made an oath to protect the country we live in right?
So what can we do with $105 billion dollars? Mind you, this is the total supposed budget.
It would take $6 billion to take care of everyone’s home in Lahaina who lost it in the fire.
It costs 20 billion dollars to end homelessness
So we’re at $26 billion at this point
It would cost around $58 billion to send everyone in this country to university for FREE giving everyone the education they deserve to follow their dreams
Yet, most of us are in student loan debt and denies a 10k student loan release bill.
Now we’re at about $84 billion out of that $105 billion.
Then we could use the remaining $21 billion to subsidize healthcare in the US especially for those who are the most vulnerable, those with chronic conditions, health condition, mental health issue, etc.
This would solve the majority of the crises’ we have in the US but our leaders are sending what the country needs for war.
