Despite the tragic events of the wild fires in Los Angeles, the Fit Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center still went on as planned on January 25-26.
I’ve been going to the fit expo every year since 2015. Even though things change each year. This event is still wholesome fun and really good people.
Each year, there’s always one brand that stands out. This year is Regenics. Even though I didn’t have insurance for the free blood work, my fiancé did and did a lot of convincing to get hime to do this. He also won me a $250 gift card. He did it for me last year too. While he got the blood word. I got the IV Infusion that has several vitamins and minerals that hydrate the organs so much faster. This is very essential especially when you have an unknown autoimmune issue or need hydration so much quicker than drinking water.
Don’t think I forgot about the freebies. There’s always freebies! I got a lot of energy drinks and all had green tea extract rather than Taurine and extra stuff you don’t need: Dialed Moods in Fruit Punch, Guru, and Alani Nu.

Now I got the chance to sample a lot of food and snacks: Built Bar, Five Star Sausage, and Linear Protein Bar

Another new one I found is called Tru Niagen. They are a new supplement brand known for its focus on cellular health and longevity. No known side effects so I was able to get a free 30 day supplement bottle. The supplement is a unique form of vitamin B3 that helps boost levels of NAD + (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) in the body. I’m going to try it for a month if I see difference.

Obviously, there were a lot less vendors than previous years but partly due the wildfires in the Palisades and Eaton areas, which is now about 94-98% contained.
The Fit Expo still did a great job managing the situation and event as a whole. It was still a great turnout.
The Fit Expo in LA will be held January 2026 (dates are still pending)
