World Mental Health Day 10/10

Hope is universal, and mental health care is a human right no matter where you live or what language you speak. Feelings, struggles, and the need for connection are human experiences, felt around the world.

World Mental Health Day exists as a moment for mental health advocates to rally together and get loud about the mental health struggles being faced across the globe. While we all know that mental health work is an everyday feat, there is something special about coming together on days like this to build momentum and bring more people into the conversation.
